We can help you take control of your replacement parts supply. There is an alternative to going back to the original equipment manufacturer, we can take the original part, digitize it, and provide you with the CAD data to have it manufactured yourself.
Are you struggling to maintain your equipment due to...
Here are few examples of the types of Reverse Engineering projects we tackle daily:
Generate useful surface and solid 3D data to assist with the creation or update of CAD designs in systems like Solidworks, Catia, NX, AutoDesk, etc.
Scan the bucket connection points on an OEM wheel loader to allow for the development of aftermarket implements in Solidworks.
Learn MoreWe can scan your mold, stamping die, extrusion tooling, or foundry pattern to capture any changes that were made without documentation. We can also just scan individual details as well to assist with building new ones.
Scan a plastic injection mold to capture hand grinding and polishing that was done to the runner system to allow a second tool to be built identical to the first.
Learn MoreScanning legacy parts that were made by hand in the 1900’s to allow for accurate reproduction with new tooling and manufacturing methods.
Scan legacy theater seat castings and then reproduce them as a fully mechanically reverse engineered 3D CAD file so they can be reproduced in modern casting patterns.
Learn MoreDon't worry, we have been a trusted Reverse Engineering source for companies big and small since 2014. No mater the size or complexity of your project we can help.
1
Send us photos of your part with a ruler for scale, we will use this to generate a quote for your review.
2
You can either ship us your part or we can come to it in order to scan the part into the computer.
3
After the part is reverse engineered to your specifications, a 3D CAD file is generated and delivered to you. Need help modifying it? Our in-house Engineers can help with that too.
